Refund policy

DELIVERIES: Orders cancelled 5 days prior to delivery will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled less than 4 days prior to delivery will not be eligible for a refund. 

EVENT ORDERS: Please refer to your contract for our event cancellation policy.
